The Energie Mobile LiFePO4 12V 200Ah lithium battery has a Battery Management System (BMS) with a communication module that allows monitoring of its status via a mobile app.
With the smartphone app, you can check the following parameters in real time:

State of charge (SOC)
Voltage and charge/discharge current
Battery temperature
Cell status and balancing
Charging cycle history

The BS 500 DUAL battery isolator is a microprocessor-controlled relay device that automatically connects two batteries when one of them reaches a charging voltage of 13.2V/26.4V for at least 5 seconds and disconnects them when the voltage drops below 12.8V/25.6V. It is ideal for vehicles, boats, and motorhomes as it minimizes voltage losses and allows easy installation without modifications to the electrical system.

The BS 500 DUAL battery isolator has been used in the France Elevateur 142 TPF aerial work platform model in combination with the Energie Mobile LiFePO4 12V 200Ah battery.

The isolator manages the energy flow between the batteries by automatically connecting them during charging and disconnecting them when the voltage drops to protect the system from excessive discharge. Thanks to microprocessor-controlled technology, voltage losses are minimized, and the device can be installed without changes to the electrical system.

The Energie Mobile LiFePO4 12V 200Ah battery offers high performance and a long lifespan. It is resistant to deep discharges, has a fast charging time, and provides stable voltage, increasing the reliability of the aerial work platform system.

The combination of the BS 500 DUAL battery isolator and the LiFePO4 battery ensures optimal operation of the lift’s electrical system, extends operating time on a single charge, and provides a stable power supply for onboard devices.
